Your first 4 weeks — $129

$129 gets you four weeks of full access — unlimited classes, two recovery sessions a week, and open gym access from 4am to 10pm. No joining fee. At the end of the four weeks you automatically roll into Unlimited — or cancel anytime before that. No awkward sales call, no passive-aggressive follow-up texts.
What's included:
Full timetable access. Strength and Conditioning classes, coached sessions six days a week
Coaches who'll walk you through the movements — first session, and as many times after that as you need
Train with people who'll know your name and cheer you on
Getting Started

What your first four weeks looks like

Week One

You show up. The coach will give you a tour and walk you through the movements making sure everything works for where you're at. You won't know everyone yet — that's fine. Nobody expects you to. The sessions are hard enough that you won't be thinking about much else anyway.

Week Two

You're starting to recognise faces. The movements are making more sense. A late start after a night shift means you catch the 9:30 am class instead of the 6am. You're likely a bit sore — that's normal and it passes.

Week Three

You're looking forward to sessions instead of just showing up to them. People are starting to know your name, you're no longer the new person anymore. The gym is starting to feel like yours.

Week Four

You make a decision about what comes next. Most people already know what they want by now. If you're not sure, have a chat with one of the coaches — they'll give you an honest answer about what makes sense for your schedule and your goals.

Is there a joining fee?

No. The trial is $129, then your weekly membership kicks in. That's it — no hidden costs.

What happens after the four weeks?

Your membership automatically converts to Unlimited so you're ready to keep training. If you want to stop, email info@thecoalfacegym.com before your four weeks is up. That's it. No 27 follow-up calls, no hard sell.

Is there a contract?

Weekly memberships require two weeks notice to cancel — that's it. Prepay options are paid upfront and aren't refundable mid-term, so it's worth waiting until after your trial before committing to a longer period.

What's included in my membership?

Part-time includes three training sessions and one recovery room session per week. Unlimited includes unlimited training sessions, two recovery room sessions per week, and open gym access from 4am to 10pm daily. The four-week trial includes the same as Unlimited.

Can I put my membership on hold?

Yes. Email us at info@thecoalfacegym.com with at least one week's notice and we'll sort it out. You can hold for up to three months in total per year, across a maximum of two pauses. Holds can't be backdated.

How can I upgrade from Part-time to Unlimited?

Easy — just email Sam at info@thecoalfacegym.com and he'll sort it out.
