Our approach
We train you for the demands of real life, not just the gym. You'll be stronger, more capable, better at whatever you do outside our walls.
The programming is built on Mayhem Affiliate — a system used at every level from recreational to competitive athletes. Every session is varied, coached, and designed to build real fitness over time. Not just random workouts strung together.




getting started
What a typical class looks like
Classes follow an 8-week cycle, building toward a testing week where you measure your progress against where you started. Each cycle focuses on different movements, so the training stays varied and your body keeps adapting. Within that, every class follows a consistent structure — so you always know what to expect, even when the workout itself is different.

Briefing
The coach runs through the day's workout, pacing tips, and any movement adjustments. If you're new, they'll welcome you to the group so you don't have to do it yourself.

Warm-up
Designed to get your body ready for whatever's coming. Specific to the session — not just a jog and a stretch.

Strength
Some days it's olympic lifting, others it's squats, deadlifts or bench. You'll have enough time to work up to a weight that's right for you.

Conditioning
This is where your heart rate spikes. Most workouts run 12–20 minutes — you might row, run, skip, do pull-ups, or throw a lighter barbell around. Every workout is different.

Fist bumps
Once everyone's finished, everyone cracks out the fist bumps. Acknowledgement that the last 15 minutes sucked, but you all got through it.
